TALKING ABOUT WINE
In this two-hour crash course on wine tasting and words, you will train your nose, pucker your lips and, buzz willing, start describing what’s in your glass. Via a series of olfactory exercises and wine samplings, this workshop will introduce you to the basics of wine tasting and the language associated with fermented grape juice. Pre-registration is required, and we’ll need five euros from all participants to purchase the wine to incite your buzz.
