Story Craft Junior

Creative writing for teens and young adults

STORY CRAFT JUNIOR

Learning how stories work makes teens better readers, writers, communicators and empathizers. Plus, it’s just a lot of fun. In this 4-week creative writing workshop teens ages 12-16 will learn how to put together plots, build compelling characters and write engaging descriptions as we explore our literary voices in a number of different styles. We’ll cover in group and solo projects: short stories, flash fiction, creative non-fiction and blog writing. Classes will meet once a week for 1.5 hours and are limited to 8 spots. Instruction is in English.

Story Craft Junior will run again in December 2017. Dates, time and location will be announced in early November. To pre-register your child's spot, please fill out the form below.
