STORY CRAFT FOR YOUNG WRITERS

Learning how stories work makes teens better readers, writers, communicators and empathizers. Plus, it’s just a lot of fun. In this 6-week creative writing workshop teens ages 12-16 will learn how to put together plots, build compelling characters and write engaging descriptions as we explore our literary voices in a number of different styles.

We’ll cover in group and solo projects: short stories, flash fiction, creative non-fiction and blog writing. Classes will meet once a week for 1.5 hours and are limited to 8 spots. Instruction is in English.

If you'd like to attend the next Story Craft course in April 2019, please fill out the form below.
